Important dates and terms

Paid membership begins November 1, 2026. Enrollment is never automatic: you must affirmatively authorize Checkout. Existing practices without a plan receive 14 days of full-access grace, followed by read-only access if unresolved. Monthly and annual plans have the same features. Routine refunds are not offered; legally required and owner-approved exceptions remain available.
